Noel & Jackie Moran

 

A Fine Beginning

Noel's passion for home building was a gift from his father, Steve Moran, an Irish immigrant and European craftsman. His father had a lifetime of experience in the construction trade and began Moran & Son's Construction more than 40 years ago. Noel and his 5 brothers were taught the trade from the ground up. They learned every element of fine home building, including: electrical, plumbing, foundation, framing, roofing, finish work and an appreciation for all styles of construction and architecture. Since his father's passing, Noel has continued in the family business and began N. Moran Construction more than 20 years ago.

Credentials

In addition to his father's fine teachings, Noel also sought a higher education at Chico State University; he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. He is a California State Contractors Board licensee; his licenses are General A (General Engineering), General B (General Contracting) and a certificate in Hazardous Waste Removal. He is bonded and insured.
